Custom Services S.r.l. (Ltd, in Genoa) was established in
February 1995 by SERNAV, which owns 100% of the company, mainly
to process all import / export customs transactions and
to provide service on embark, disembark and transit of goods.
It is managed and coordinated
by SERNAV’s competent President Domingo Valle.
In the harbour of Genoa it has
about 45 employees, all young people between 20 and 30 years
old, coordinated by department managers with decades of experience
in the field.
Employees are allocated to the
headquarters of Via De Marini, 53, Sampierdarena, and to the
operative offices located at San Benigno Customs Gate (old harbour),
and at the V.T.E. in the new harbour of Genoa Voltri.
The Company can also rely on C.A.C.
(Customs Assistance Centre) customs procedure which allows to
speed over the more than a thousand export operations monthly
performed.
Therefore, the group offers today
to its Customers a complete service in the harbours of Genoa,
La Spezia and Leghorn ensuring reliability, expertise and professionalism.
In addition, for a better operability,
all branch offices in Genoa and Leghorn are connected with the
headquarters in Genoa and with SERNAV office in La Spezia.
Moreover, in February 2001 our
Company has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9002 Quality System Certification.
One of the main objectives, as well as to sell services as competitive
as possible, is to ensure a high level of quality; we think,
indeed, that it is now become a fundamental requirement, and
thus a valid alternative to competition on prices, to point
our attention to the Customer, to interact in the troubleshooting
of problems, offering our greatest collaboration.
